The time it takes to receive script coverage depends on your subscription tier. Greenlight Coverage ensures fast delivery, with processing times ranging from less than 15 minutes to less than 60 minutes, so you can quickly refine your screenplay.
Do you offer a free trial or sample coverage?
Yes, we offer a limited free trial that allows you to upload your first screenplay and receive a complimentary snapshot of the Plot Assessment and Enhancement section of the report. To get started, sign up here and upload your script.

When asking Follow-Up Questions, what’s the difference between Overview and Full Context Reviewer?
The Overview Reviewer is particularly useful when examining the overarching story and character arcs. It generates high-level feedback that pertains to your story in a broad sense.
The Full Context Reviewer grants our tool complete access to your entire screenplay, enabling it to provide highly specific and insightful answers to your questions. It is the optimal solution when asking about specific scenes, dialogue, etc.
Script Submission
How do I submit my script?
- Sign up on our website to access the script submission portal.
- Once logged in, go to your dashboard and upload your screenplay in PDF format.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the process.
Are my scripts secure after submission?
Yes, your scripts are completely secure after submission. Greenlight Coverage uses advanced security measures to protect your intellectual property. We do not use your screenplay to train future models and comply with industry regulations. What you upload belongs to you and remains exclusively yours.

Can I make changes to my script after submission?
Once a script is submitted, it cannot be edited within the same submission. However, you can upload a revised version of your screenplay as a new submission. If you’re using the Rewrite feature, you can upload new drafts while maintaining the AI’s memory of the prior versions.
What file formats do you accept?
We accept scripts in PDF format.
Why does my script status say processing?
Based on your subscription tier, our processing time ranges from less than 15 minutes to 1 hour.
Why does my script status say failed?
If your script status says ‘Failed,’ it’s likely because the uploaded PDF is not text-based.
What is the Rewrite feature?
It enables you to upload new drafts of the same script while retaining AI’s memory of the previously uploaded version.

What are Ranks?
Your Rank is defined as your number of consecutive months of subscription. As you maintain your subscription over time, your rank increases, granting you additional Greenlight Tokens each month.
Earning a higher rank will provide you access to premium features such as Greenlight Opportunities, and the Insider Interview Series. It’s important to note that if you cancel your subscription, your rank resets immediately, and any accumulated tokens will expire after 90 days.

How do Greenlight Tokens work?
Greenlight Tokens provide access to the advanced features on the platform, such as Follow-Up Questions’ Full Context Reviewer, the Rewrite Feature – and depending on your subscription tier – Proofreading, Financial Forecasting and Budget Breakdowns.
These Tokens are allocated monthly based on your subscription tier, with additional rewards for consecutive subscriptions. Tokens can be accumulated indefinitely and used as needed. If you cancel your subscription, however, they will expire after 90 days. Greenlight Tokens are site credits and not related to cryptocurrency or blockchain.

Greenlight Rank System
How are Ranks earned?
Your Greenlight Rank is based entirely on the number of consecutive months you have maintained an active subscription with us. The progression is as follows:
- Rank 0: Applies to the initial month of subscription (Month 0).
- Rank 1: Achieved after the first full month of subscription (Month 1).
- Rank 10 (Max Rank): Achieved and maintained from the tenth month of subscription onwards.
Essentially, the longer you stay subscribed, the higher your Rank climbs.
Can I Rank up without a subscription?
No, Ranks are exclusive to our Greenlight subscribers. You cannot level up your Rank without a subscription.
What happens to my Rank and my Tokens if I decide to cancel my subscription?
If you cancel your subscription, you will immediately lose your Rank, and it will return to zero. However, your accumulated Greenlight Tokens will remain in your account for another 90 days before disappearing.
Does upgrading or downgrading my subscription plan affect my current Greenlight Rank?
When you upgrade or downgrade your subscription plan (e.g., from Basic to Essential), your current Rank and your existing Token balance remain unchanged. Only your future monthly Token rewards will adjust according to the benefits of your new plan.

How do I cancel the subscription?
To cancel your subscription, log in to your account on a desktop. Navigate to the top-right corner of the dashboard, open the dropdown menu, and click the cancellation button. This option becomes available once you have an active subscription.
